snappy-tools... Where does that come from? Is that an old name for ubuntu-snappy-cli?

I think this is solved by https://code.launchpad.net/~mterry/snapcraft/missing-snappy-dep/+merge/265002 which adds a dep on ubuntu-snappy-cli.

oh yes; thanks; hadn't seen your branch.

Yes, snappy-tools is old, but it's still what we promote on our public
official guide :-) but that pulls too much, we only need
ubuntu-snappy-cli, not the whole device-flash etc.
