Allow filtered fields to contain a '-'

Description of the change

When we added bootloaders to the MAAS SimpleStream we created a new field 'bootloader-type.' I just tried to use the command below to mirror just the bootloaders and was unable to because the regex which validates the filter does not accept a '-' in the field name.

sstream-mirror --keyring=/usr/share/keyrings/ubuntu-cloudimage-keyring.gpg http://images.maas.io/ephemeral-v3/daily/ ~/mirrored_bootloaders 'bootloader-type~(uefi|open-firmware|pxe)'
