- planet__drop_feed():
  - in rev 17: changed arglist to ($fid, $uid).
  as an internal function, it better accepts already converted parameters
  - in rev 18: documented $path param, removed unused $edit param

- planet__add_feed():
  removed debugging block. Internal function is supposed to receive clean arguments. Checking will be left to planet_feed class
