Input context connection activation and state update fixes

Don't try to activate connection unless input method is accepted on the
focus target. Also avoid notifications on focus changes between
non-IM editors.

Earlier behavior experienced bug:
- focus object with input method disabled
-> maliit notified about focus change out of an editor

- enable input method via update()
-> new values updated, but without focus change information

Use preedit styling only when preedit exists

Currently on Qt5 QML editor's inputMethodComposing gets confused by
styling without preedit. Can be considered a bug in Qt but as well
sending styling with empty preedit is unnecessary.

Check wayland platform name by starting with "wayland" string.

Currently wayland platform is selected by exact match of "wayland".
This will not work for "wayland-brcm" and "wayland-xcomposite".
Instead, check wayland platform name by startsWith("wayland").
