SSL switching

In a controller now you can add ssl_check to the before filter

ssl_check() - Everything in the controller is redirected to http
ssl_check(ssl_allowed=['index']) - index action can be http or https everythig else http
ssl_check(ssl_required=['index']) - index action must be https everythig else http
ssl_check(ssl_required_all=True) - all actions must be https
ssl_check(ssl_alllowed_all=True) - all actions can be https or http

As part of this I reconfigured authkit to actually redirect to /person/signup
rather than render the page.
