Description of the change
- sync up autoupload settings switch between views (LP: #1126517)
This is accomplished by simply reloading the section of the table view that shows the settings switches whenever the settings view as a whole appears.
The code that responds to the reload reads from the prefs database directly so it'll get the new value set in the other part of the app.
