Don't try to connect a device if it's pairing state has changed but that wasn't the result
of a direct pairing operation.

Take care that we deselect a device when it got removed. This also needs to be respected
when being on the device info page as this has to be popped from the stack in this case to
bring the user back to the overview screen.
