Split the package between gnome-session-bin and gnome-session.
Gnome-session-bin contains the minimal runtime needed to actually run the
gnome-session binary, and gnome-session contains all the startup scripts and
depends on required GNOME components. This should prevent Xubuntu ISOs from
installing and starting GNOME (with GDM 2.26). (LP: #396657)
