Refactored Stage.qml and added tests for it.

On the refactoring:
 - Added a bit of documentation

 - Removed usage of shell variable. It now gets all it needs via properties. That
   makes it testable through dependency injection and states its external
   dependencies in a clearer way.

 - Do not set focus from within onFocusChanged handler.

Fix instability in test DashPreview::test_ensure_buttons_visible

When running on my desktop, it was failing 50% of the time:

FAIL! : qmltestrunner::PreviewTest::test_ensure_buttons_visible() property helper
   Actual (): false
   Expected (): true
   Loc: [/home/dandrader/phablet/unity/phablet/tests/qmluitests/tst_DashPreview.qml(103)]

My theory is that you have to make sure the event loop spins for the scene
graph to arrange itself.
