Commit message
Add support for guest sessions in unity8-greeter.
Adds support for the "hasGuestAccount" and "selectGuest" LightDM hints and does so largely by having the users model report a "*guest" user, rather than adding special support in qml.
Description of the change
The "*guest" naming convention used in this MP comes from unity-greeter. It has no special meaning to LightDM and there's no real reason to pick that name otherwise.

To test this on the phone, we'd need a backported lightdm too.
We also need to backport a fix from livecd-rootfs in yakkety to disable the guest hint for phones. You can do that manually in /etc/lightdm/

OK try again. I was able to reliably reproduce your crash by switching to a VT, logging in, then switching back to the greeter.
This crash was due to our sort proxy users model processing change signals from liblightdm and not expecting the extra guest row I've added here.
I've simplified our model to a simple IdentityProxy so that the extra guest row doesn't cause confusion when processing such change signals. Should be better now.
But it made me wonder if there is a better pattern for adding rows to an existing read-only-

So that we can rely on Qt to do the heavy lifting of the sorting of unicode real names, but still let us force the guest entry to the end of the model. It has a real name of "Guest Session" but obviously that might naturally sort in the middle of the list. So we keep it to the end with lessThan.

Aaaaaaaaaaaactually two thins:
* Should the guest session button be shown on the locker? It's not on unity7
* Also, it seems i can get unity8 to lock up quite a lot more with this branch than with the parent just by logging in and quitting, I have this backtrace, not sure if it says anything http://

To your first bullet, great point. I had previously tested this on the phone when it was still based on the session-lightdm branch, where that wasn't an issue.
I believe r2755 should fix it, but I didn't spin it up on the phone to test yet.
Will look at the crasher...

OK, fixed the freeze on logout too -- in this branch I had made the Greeter object a singleton that doesn't live and die with its Qml module. But that meant that the PAM interaction it causes wasn't necessarily canceled on shutdown. So after making sure that we do that, I haven't been able to reproduce the freze.
