Description of the change

Hi,

This branch adds a nice table to the build page that loads test result data from LAVA (screenshot here: http://people.linaro.org/~mwh/lava-results-in-build-page.png). There's no real point landing this until we get some changes to LAVA and the android build tools deployed, but I thought I'd stick it up here to see if anyone has any comments.
