Description of the change
Created a rough version of the UI. Currently, the overview panel is provided. SSO integration is not done yet, so by clicking "Join now" you're redirected to the Account panel, which is pretty much empty for now.
To run the test suite:
./run-tests
To try this IRL:
PYTHONPATH=. ./bin/ubuntuone
