Convert comments above methods to docstrings.

Rewrote comments that were above some methods as docstrings. Methods
that appeared to be callbacks were left unchanged.

Seperate classes into seperate files.

Moved ConfigBox, FindInPageBox, DownloadBox, FindBox and Downloader into
their own files.
