fix auth in RequestsUrlReader

if there is no username/password, we were passing a (None, None) tuple as
auth. Instead, pass auth=None.

This actually caused an issue when pointed at a swift url, as requests
was sending auth.

Here, for daily builds, change the product name from
 com.ubuntu.cloud:server:12.04:i386
to
 com.ubuntu.cloud.daily:server:12.04:i386

This allows the two products to be listed in the same index
and not cause confusion.
