Remove attempt to chown chroot if LB_ROOT_COMMAND is set as it will always fail as you can't chown the chroot when you have sysfs, proc, etc. all mounted.

Updated functions/defaults.sh so that if LB_ARCHITECTURE is i386 and uname -m is x86_64, LB_ROOT_COMMAND will be appended with linux32 to run things as x86. This fixes build failures due to problems with dkms module makefiles relying on uname -m.
