Description of the change
Re-did a fair bit of server code.
This moves start, stop, ping to the Server object, which allows for more flexibility in what we do with our servers before startup.
This was required to facilitate auto-setup of MySQL replication slaves pre-test (which works well).
Our cluster_basic test suite works against both galera and mysql servers without needing any changes (except addNode, which needs tweaks)
