Description of the change
Adds --gdb and --manual-gdb options
Also added --drizzled option to allow a user to pass options to the server. These options will be used on *all* servers for all tests (currently).
Updated docs to reflect new options and their operational status.
Various bits of code-cleanup in there as well.
