Description of the change

Adapt Graphics test plan to latest Checkbox features

    1. Removed "__xxx__" sections, as Checkbox is now using job categories
    2. Removed generators, as Checkbox uses job templates to achieve this now
    3. Added graphics_card bootstrap job to generate jobs
    4. Adapted some jobs to their _xenial alternative (to test AMD GPUs on Xenial)

Thanks for the update (and the cleanup). Since we're using _xenial jobs, I've updated lp recipes to build only for xenial and yakkety.
