Description of the change

This is the correct fix. this patch reverts previous revision 604, "build-scripts/create-user-build-script: Do not hardcode toolchain prefix:" http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~linaro-automation/linaro-android-build-tools/trunk/revision/604.
