Description of the change
Paranoid? Yes, but saw this actually happen this morning where some ephemeral target containers from previous runs were stopped, but still around. Apparently there was a problem when they tried to unmount devpts, causing it to get stuck when it went to remove it. We really don't care about things like that though, since they are ephemeral containers. We can kill them with fire.
