tools/launch: fix stype prefix in multi-file publish configurations

When publishing multiple files, the stype (source type) prefix was used
based on the last value rather than the correct source type for a given
PUBURL value in the command line.

Fix this by extracting the basename of the PUBURL string and match that
against the list of published files and using file --mime-type to look
up the correct source_type prefix.
