Recipe for 14.04

This recipe builds dolphin from the master Git brach. Version from upstream is not hardcoded in the package version.

More info:
* libsoil-dev and libsoundtouch-dev are from Universe repo.
  - libsoundtouch-dev: version 1.7.1 and 1.8.0 in trusty and utopic respect., 1.8.1 in Externals.
* libminiupnpc-dev (>= 1.8), but trusty and utopic have version 1.6, so use it from Externals
* libusb-1.0-0-dev is version 1.0.17 in trusty and utopic, but upstream updated to 1.0.19 in Externals (only bug fixes?).
* libenet-dev is 1.3.11 in trusty, but upstream updated to 1.3.13 in Externals

NOTE: Dolphin needs gcc 4.9 now (issue #8636, <regex> is broken in GCC < 4.9)
