Restore the icons that were removed during providerization, and update manage.py to install them in the target system.
An additional packaging branch change is needed to include them in the package.

I tested this build with dpkg-buildpackage and sbuild, and installed on a VM where everything worked fine. Since it's rather urgent and pretty simple code-wise, I'll self-approve. Feel free to comment or file bugs in cdts if stuff is borked and needs fixing.
