Added support for the "requirements" section of the report.
- A data file with relevant CDTS-specific links in data/
- A job to copy this to the plainbox session directory for later inclusion
- Updates to whitelists to run the job in the correct sequence.

Added support for the "requirements" section of the report.
- A data file with relevant CDTS-specific links in data/
- A job to copy this to the plainbox session directory for later inclusion
- Updates to whitelists to run the job in the correct sequence.
This uses the new mechanism for adding the requirements data as discussed in bug 1302074, so changes were needed to the whitelists as well.
