When building a Trusty tarball, we noticed they didn't include plainbox packages which made it into the trusty image when we switched to checkbox-gui. Since plainbox-
Here we're asking for a version higher than 0.17.7, to rule out anything that's likely to be available from ubuntu in the near future and force adding the PPA version to the tarball.
