 * fixed the copyright variable name (_copyright__ --> __copyright__)
 * rename container_in to __container__
 * separated actual code to a function (main)

 * fixed EPubFile.__init__: the used variable was global and not the parameter
 * renamed a few methods abcAbc to abc_abc
