Remove the desktop canary tweaks

The changes are done during the ISO build by livecd-rootfs now

Introduce tweaks for the desktop canary image

- tweak the defaults to create an 'installer only' layout
- always display the accessibility menu in the installer
- autostart the GUI
- restore the session layout on exit for the 'try ubuntu' option
- write a configuration to tell subiquity to use the hwe kernel

the script check if the ubuntu-desktop-installer snap to be installed
to determine if the session is a canary one, which isn't ideal but should
do the job for now

Create the installer log directory writable for adm users

Otherwise the new desktop installer can't use it
