* Merge with Debian. Remaining changes:
  - Keep 1000--set-umask-in-multipathd.patch
  - Have udev load dm-multipath to avoid init script
  - Have initramfs local-top start with scsi_wait_scan, and
    make sure all devices have been found before bothering
    to call udevadm settle.
  - *.udev: use /lib/udev/dmsetup_env instead of just dmsetup_env,
    and use some different udev variables (i.e. $kernel instead of $name).
  - *.install: use /lib*/ instead of /lib/ to catch /lib64
