Description of the change

Moving the infographic theme into XDG_DATA_DIRS now that libusermetrics looks there for theme files, since https://code.launchpad.net/~unity-team/libusermetrics/themes-xdg-data-dirs/+merge/192191 was merged

Sorry, was trying to add information last night and lost power (and therefore wifi!). This was tested by building + installing it on a mako, and the relevant testing MR can be found here: https://code.launchpad.net/~sevilerow-team/sevilerow/tests-with-info-theme/+merge/196901
