Description of the change

  Update ubuntu_command assuming proper custom tarball signing

  The custom tarballs will be signed with image-signing, so you need to load
  the two others first to get a trust path from archive-master down to
  image-signing.

  archive-master seems to be included in the image already, so it is not
  explicitly mentioned in ubuntu_command.
