Reinstate the workaround for bogus artists/albums in the collection.
Temporary, until I can figure out why this is happening.

Improve filtering slightly, so that it actually works now. Still needs speed improvements.
Allow unfiltering, with much-needed "All Artists" and "All Albums" entries.

The beginnings of proper filtering. Still glitchy, and I still hate the populate_* functions in collection_model, though they do seem to be fast enough...
