Add debugging statements (lots of them) and fix some stuff that
looks wrong

The problem still isn't fixed, test with stackingtest --spam 5 1 5 5 to
see it sometimes (window on top has no focus)

We don't need to reorder the stack anymore on MapRequest since stacking requests
are being done relative to serverWindows.

Also, don't bother with adding window stack changes on updateAttributes if
PrivateWindow::findSiblingBelow returns NULL since that's possible in some
cases (mostly on startup).

Also don't stack relative to destroyed windows, since that will put them right
on the very top of the stack (fixes corner case in LP #837252)
