Fix the Northern Resort skybox. It's rarely visible, but all the details of the old version were useless in the face of the glaring transitions that appeared. The new version is mostly just black for the very top of the box, but this works out much better as the skybox borders are essentially invisible.

Fix weird shadows in the overworld (change by CodingJellyfish)
The affected shader worked with the old graphics code, but not with the new (corrected) one.
