If there are no objects for prefilling, return a fake one

The ProxyComboEntry's entry works by default with text mode. It will only
change to data mode when it gets prefilled with objects.
That's a problem specially with empty databases, e.g. when there is no
clients registered yet.
This is a workaround to avoid that problem and should be fixed on kiwi later
when we are not on RC period anymore. Then this code can be removed.

If sellable can be removed and closed, just show remove button

There are a lot of buttons on a sellable editor. "Ok", "Cancel", "Help" and
"Print Labels". If a sellable can be removed and closed, we would add 2 more
buttons for those actions. Instead, add just one, "Remove", since if it can be
closed/removed, the user will probably prefer to remove. Close is for sellables
that had stock one day and now haven't anymore.
