Description of the change

This MR adds the new html template and the corresponding exporter unit.

CLI and GUI launchers are updated to select the new unit

Sylvain: please add the right meta-data to debian/copyright so that we
know where all those bits come from. Nobody can stop you from shipping
this but it is our responsibility to track the origin of all third
party content.
