providers:checkbox: Use libcheese instead of our own gstreamer pipelines

Maintaining our own pipelines in this script is a mistake as all the small
fixes we did are already provided and implemented in a better way in libcheese.
Cheese >= 3.6 (Trusty is ok) can be driven from python using GObject
Introspection.
