Remove unused hooks (for now) and fix a couple bugs in the install hook.

Remove .py from module path

Removed hardcoded service user. Opened port 443 for authentication. Made paths to service more generic. Use lp:offspring
as it can run python 2.7 now.

Minor refactoring of the code to make the grouping a little more logical.
Changed the group from $USER to $GROUP and replaced a hardcoded path with
$GROUP.

Moved configuration options that will not change during the life time
of the service out of the config.yaml. Now assigning environment values
from configuration in the config-changed hook.

Fixed various bugs in the hooks.
