Description of the change

For linaro-graphical-engineeering fully qualify all parental seeds in the Task-Seeds: field

Refine package list further, adding:

gstreamer-tools
gstreamer0.10-plugins-good
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse
libvpx0
libavcodec52
libxv1
libxvidcore4
libvpx-dev
libxv-dev
