Description of the change
Here is a salt fix for instance-manager. From the source it appears instance-manager should not be required to enter a sudo password. With these changes, instance-manager is not prompted for a sudo password.

Looks good to me.
Possible issues are outweighed by removing the annoyance of having to create then type in the sudo password for instance-manager.
