Changed slide-template.svg to have stand-in images already inserted. This way, one can quickly change the URL of those images without needing to worry about the details.

Added all screenshots for translations.svg!

Note that slides/screenshots/translations-language-install was modified using GIMP so the window would be fully coherent in the small frame. Actual appearance varies slightly.

The same was done for slides/screenshots/translations-gdm.png in revision 23 (last revision), where many of the menu options were removed to shrink it down.

Removing old, now unnecessary reference SVGs.

Rebuilt slides by hand. They are all derived from the same base now, and there is no junk data in the way. The result here is that diffs and the like should actually become manageable.

Icons on top right of slides are all PNGs linked from the icons directory now. This makes the slide SVGs more sane and saves space.

Removed drop shadow filter effect from all slides.

Had some conflicts with graphics that were not updated in that branch, including graphics/update-manager.svg and translations.svg. No biggy. Nice pictures :)
