ubiquity.glade:
 * Renamed widget "slideshow_container" to "progress_slideshow_container"

gtk_ui.py:
 * renamed "self.slideshow_path" to "self.progress_slideshow_path"
 * added self.progress_slideshow_webview. Initially set to None, refers to a webkit.WebView() object later on.
 * add a webkit.WebView to self.progress_slideshow_container to display slideshow.

Be more specific about packages that are removed in role selection.
Unfortunately prior to this fix, choosing a Frontend role for example
was not cleaning up mysql, apache, or mythtv-backend (completely
defeating the purpose of a frontend role).
