Add 100_video_save.patch: Fix hard lockup when switching VT or
resuming from suspend on Via VX800. Cherrypick of upstream r838.
Copies only exactly the registers needed rather than crudely
memcpy'ing them, which can lead to hangs on 64-bit systems.
