Alexander Larsson says most Flatpaks apps aren't sandboxed yet.
If a sandboxed app wants to do certain actions that touch outside
of the sandbox, they need to go through a portal. This is the GTK
user interface for that.

Drop evolution, gnome-icon-theme, seahorse

- adwaita-icon-theme is the continuation and replacement for gnome-icon-theme
- seahorse needs some more work to be easily usable by a wide audience
- Evolution is a fairly complicated app and most users use webmail instead.
  Some use Thunderbird
