Mate: don't use the workaround plugin
Workaround were enable by default for MATE sometime ago. They are no longer required and are actually the cause for a number of unusual window switching issues, such as LP: #1611797.

Workaround were enable by default for MATE sometime ago. They are no longer required and are actually the cause for a number of unusual window switching issues, such as LP: #1611797.
This merge proposal removes the 'workarounds' plugin from the default MATE profile for Compiz.
