* caspoer-bottom.sh: Fixed mistakenly commented lines
* preseed: Copy rsyslog configuration to target to redirect syslog to
           serial port
* run_test.wrapper:
  - Don't start a minimal http server which is now deprecated by syslog
    redirection
  - Remove poweroff at the end of the script which is done in run_test
