changelog: Mention what we fixed! At least in recent releases 0.0.15-0.0.16

Description of the change

Mention fixes that went into the latest two "releases".

Also remove highly misleading "Automatic snapshot from revision 1100" which has nothing to do with the real trunk (development-branch) revisions.
