Adding and using guile.m4 macros in configure

Guile-Gnome configure.ac was not yet using the very useful m4 macros,
this patch solves this.

* m4/guile.m4: Latest version from Guile.

* configure.ac: Use the m4 macros provided by Guile, it is so much
  better. Bumping the minimum Guile version to 2.0.14.

* autogen.sh: configure.ac uses the guile.m4 GUILE_FLAGS macro, among
  others, which needs build-aux/config.rpath which is not installed
  anymore by modern version of automake, and without it, this script
  will raise an error. For why it's needed, see the comments wtr in
  m4/guile.m4.

* .gitignore: Updated for the above.

Prepare for Guile-2.2

Notes: (a) this patch comments the build for the Corba and Gnome-VFS
wrappers, due to incompatible changes in Guile-2.2 (see their
corresponding entry in configure.ac for a better explanation); (b) I
don't have time to provide the autotool 'machinery' so that It would
still build these 2 modules for Guile-2.0, but if someone wants to spend
the time to do this, it is possible, so please do and let us know.
