Remove RTAudio. Too bad, looked nice but I can't get it to work without pops and clicks on my development machine + windows. It's replaced with Portaudio. Check in libmpg123 as well.

BestPractice is just a test application at this point to test portaudio and libmpg123 functionality. Oh yeah, and the GUI is there.
