Description of the change

Add support to install overlays for ex graphics+MM support for galaxy nexus in the form of an overlay.

Yes I have tested it on Galaxy Nexus. The proprietary binaries are not installed by default in the images. Manipulating the img binaries before flashing is a lengthier step hence I have proposed this method and is generic enough to install any overlays like graphics/MM/test suite etc.
