Commit message
[panel] Fade out application name and window title if they do not fit instead of abruptly cropping them.
Description of the change
This branch reimplements the paintEvent() for the label drawing the application name|window title so that the text is faded at the end if it does not fit in the available space.

Good stuff. One thing remaining: removing the separator (tiny vertical line) between the application title and the menubar.
